Create something beautiful for your walls with clay. In this hands-on pottery workshop, you’ll design and make your own ceramic wall hanging frames, adding your personal touch through shapes, textures and decorative details. Learn simple handbuilding techniques and experiment with patterns and organic forms to create beautiful handmade pieces for your home or thoughtful gifts for someone special. No previous pottery experience is needed — just bring your creativity and enjoy the process of making with clay. What’s Included: You can choose to make either two large frames, three small frames, or one large frame and two small frames. All materials, tools and firings are included. Once fired, your finished pieces will be ready to display in your home or give as thoughtful handmade Christmas gifts. Tea, Coffee & Cake To make the afternoon even more enjoyable, we’ll be serving tea, coffee and homemade cake in the welcoming atmosphere of Gumnut Studio — a lovely opportunity to take a break and enjoy an afternoon of creativity and the joy of clay.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings at Gumnut Studio are subject to our seven-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than seven days before a workshop are generally non-refundable. Transfers may be considered with sufficient notice and are subject to availability. Please check the workshop description for details of the materials, glazing and firing included in your booking. Finished pottery typically takes 4–8 weeks to complete. We’ll notify you when your pieces are ready for collection, and they must be collected within one month of notification unless otherwise arranged. Our workshops are currently for adults aged 18 and over. Pottery is a handmade process, and cracking, warping, breakage and glaze variations can occur during drying and firing.
